Symphonic Mastersingers Concert to Benefit Habitat for Humanity
On Sunday, March 30th, the Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers, a non-profit choral group of experienced singers, will donate the proceeds of their concert ticket sales to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Lee County. World renowned and nationally known soloists have traveled to Fort Myers to participate in the concerts to support charity work in the community. The program will include Mozart’s Solemn Vespers, Handel’s Messiah, Requiem by Maurice Durufle and Te Deum by Joseph Haydn. Habitat for Humanity of Lee County, Inc. is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing for those who cannot otherwise afford a decent place to live, with the ultimate goal of eliminating sub-standard housing in Lee County, contributing to family and community stability.
