Habitat for Humanity of Lee County, Inc. is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing for those who cannot otherwise afford a decent place to live, with the ultimate goal of eliminating sub-standard housing in Lee County, contributing to family and community stability.

How It Works

1.   You can provide now for a future gift to Habitat for Humanity of Lee County, Inc. by including a bequest provision in your will or revocable trust.

2.   Your will or trust directs assets to your heirs.

3.   Your will or trust directs a bequest to Habitat to build more homes.

Benefits

  • Your assets remain in your control during your lifetime.
  • You can modify your bequest if your circumstances change.
  • There is no upper limit on the estate tax deductions that can be taken for charitable bequests.
