Northern Trust Bank became Habitat’s first official Corporate Partner by purchasing $500,000 in non-interest bearing mortgages from Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, Inc. 

Northern Trust has been involved with Habitat for many years, including contributing to two recent home sponsorship fundraisers. “Habitat for Humanity has a great mission and Northern Trust is pleased to participate as a Corporate Community Partner,” explained Northern Trust President Sandy Robinson. “Our office has helped construct Habitat homes and the joy and appreciation we see on the faces of the families is priceless.  Habitat has a tremendous impact on our community, and we are fortunate to be part of a team that helps make the dream of homeownership come true.” Robinson has served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties since 2008. He also serves on Habitat for Humanity’s Executive Board.
