FirstBank and Verandah annually partner to host "Race the Roof." This event includes an 8K Race, a shorter Fun Walk and even a Tot Trot! Other children's activities make this a great family event. 1st Bank, Verandah residents and community management have been very supportive and generous with fundraising and volunteering.

The 5th Annual Race the Roof event brought 196 runners and walkers to the beautiful trails in the Verandah community. The day was perfect, the event was flawless and the dedicated, generous residents and participants raised $17,000 for Habitat for Humanity!
