River Hall Elementary School’s fifth grade girls collected $422 at a recent fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties. The school, located in Alva, Florida, raised the money from students who participated in the fundraiser to help further the mission of Habitat for Humanity. Students purchased either a hammer for $1.00 or a house for $5.00 (made of paper). They placed their names on the items they purchased and then filled the bulletin board with their donated . . .
