The ReStore is striving to keep millions of pounds of usable products out of our landfills by cleaning, recycling and re-selling donated goods.  New and used items are donated by both individuals and businesses every day.   Proceeds from contributions to the ReStore help to fulfill the mission of Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties, Inc. The store is open to the general public.

If you have a renovation project, please give us a call. Habitat for Humanity will collect salvaged items from buildings or houses and will sell them at our ReStore. The proceeds from sales help to purchase materials to build homes for low-income, working families in need.

The ReStore will gladly come and pickup large donations from your business, office or home. Individual and corporate donations are recognized as a charitable gift for tax purposes. Please call the number listed below to determine the day we will be in your area for a convenient pick-up.

We have just opened our second ReStore location – at 27821 S. Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs. This store will feature furniture, appliances and household items but will also accept donations of clothing and books for sale in our N. Ft. Myers location.

We do not accept the following:

  • Anything broken
  • Mattresses
  • Unframed glass or mirrors
  • Partial cans of paint
  • Oil based paint
  • Pesticides
  • Hazardous materials
  • Unmarked containers
  • Appliances in disrepair or of significant age
