Thrift Store
Sort, organize and price items in Habitat for Humanity’s thrift stores! The Thrift Store was originally
started to help families furnish their homes with affordable items. Today, volunteers help run the store as its open to the public for shopping. All proceeds from the sale of donated items go towards the construction of Habitat homes. Habitat for Humanity of Lee County’s three thrift stores are located in North Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Labelle and open Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm. If you’re interested in volunteering in one of Habitat’s thrift stores, sign up here.

Paint Shop
Habitat for Humanity of Lee County pre-paints all doors, window frames and trim for Habitat homes in
our paint shop before the materials are brought to the construction sites. The paint shop is located next to our North Fort Myers office. If this is something you’d like to participate in, sign up here.

Bulk Mailing
Bulk mailing is a seasonal task. Habitat for Humanity of Lee County sends out newsletters and
fundraising pieces to donors and volunteers a few times a year in bulk mailing capacities. We need
help stuffing these pieces with envelopes and loose materials. Would you consider spending some time helping us with bulk mailing in our office when needed? Sign up here.
