Through our successful neighborhood committee model, local gated communities can help strengthen our mission of putting God’s love into action by bringing their own people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
In the history of our partnership, the residents of Bonita Bay have helped build more than 60 homes for more than 60 Bonita Springs families in need of a safe, decent, and affordable place to live. This year, as they rally their neighbors to donate the funds needed to “raise the roof” on another new Habitat home, they’re utilizing a specially made “Let’s Raise the Roof” sign to help track their progress. This long-awaited sign is strategically placed in the Bonita Bay community so that all residents can be inspired to get involved. Don’t our Bonita Bay Habitat Committee members look excited?
