Located in Bonita Springs’ Rosemary Park area, Partnership Place is an HOA community situated between Old US 41 and Imperial Parkway. Planned for 14 single-family homes, the three- and four-bedroom designs range from 1,250 to 1,500 square feet.
Partnership Place derived its name from the partnerships involved in making this neighborhood a reality. First, the city of Bonita Springs delivered on its comprehensive plan mandate for affordable housing. Then, gated communities like Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing and The Colony, along with Shadow Wood rallied their residents to support this neighborhood through generous donations of time and money. Finally, the name symbolizes the ultimate partnership: the one between Habitat and the families we serve.
At Habitat, our partner homeowners are committed to being a part of the solution to their housing needs. Before taking on a mortgage, they dedicate their time through participating in sweat equity, attending homeownership courses, and saving the money needed to contribute to closing costs. Once our families move into their home, they continue to help others by giving back to the Habitat program. Every mortgage payment they make, funds more housing for our neighbors in need. Partnership Place is truly an emblem of what society can achieve when working together for a common cause.
The governing documents for an HOA are the declaration; the articles of incorporation; the bylaws; and board rules and regulations. The declaration is the highest priority document. It establishes rights, responsibilities, and regulations for owners. The articles of incorporation create the community association. It contains brief information regarding the association, its name, location, and its purpose. The bylaws describe how an association is run, the meetings of members and board, election and removal of officers and directors, and powers and duties of officers and directors. The board rules and regulations are informal supplemental rules adopted by the association board.

Habitat for Humanity requires all neighborhoods to adhere to community guidelines regarding association rules and regulations, exterior home maintenance, and appearance standards to ensure the wellbeing of all residents.
