Lift a family, lift a community, lift a county

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is partnering with Lee County to build five neighborhoods in five years with the support of the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR). This initiative will provide 262 affordable, single-family homes to families in need, helping rebuild our community after Hurricane Ian.

Building 262 Affordable Homes in Lee County

The CDBG-DR funds are allocated to five Habitat neighborhood developments, equating to 262 affordable, single-family homes. The partial funding helps us complete two neighborhoods underway, Heritage Heights and McNeill Village, and brings forward three projects, Diplomat South in Cape Coral, White Coral in Fort Myers, and a new development in Bonita Springs.

Everyone can make a difference

Building these neighborhoods takes everyone—this grant covers a portion of the total cost, but it’s the support of donors, volunteers, and our community that makes these homes a reality. Your continued generosity ensures we can begin and sustain construction, delivering safe, affordable housing and creating a lasting impact in Lee County.
