A single mother of three was handed more than just the keys to a Cape Coral home, but the keys to a bright new chapter for the Costa family.
“It just shows what a community can do when they put their minds together and really push forward,” said Rubie Costa, after the home dedication ceremony. “I’m extremely humbled that it was done for me and my children’s future,” she added.
